Prices
The price of any room will be as quoted on our website and includes accommodation and breakfast for a maximum of two guests.
There is a minimum stay of two nights at weekends.
Please note the information and prices shown on this website may have changed by the time you come to book your stay. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of this website and its prices regrettably errors do occasionally occur. You must therefore check the details of your booking (including the price) at the time of booking.
Deposit
Upon booking we require a £50.00, non-refundable deposit payable online by PayPal account, PayPal using your Debit/Credit Card or Bank Transfer. If you call us to book and pay the deposit, we can also accept Debit/Credit Cards over the phone.
By reserving a room and paying a deposit a legally binding contract exists between us and you.
PayPal
PayPal is a free, secure online payment system that enables individuals and businesses to send money to anyone with an email address and in complete safety. When you make a PayPal payment NO personal details (card, address etc.) are disclosed to us.
Online Payment can be made via PayPal using your Debit/Credit Card, or your existing PayPal account should you have one, however you do not need a PayPal account to pay us via PayPal.
Balance on Departure
We are happy to accept cash, Debit Card, Visa or Mastercard as payment.
Arrival and Departure Times
We welcome guests from 4.30pm onwards, if you are going to be later than 7pm please do let us know.
We would appreciate all our guests leaving by 10.30am on the day of departure. Please advise as far as possible in advance if you are unable to keep within these times.
Children
As many of our guests come for peace and quiet and because we only accept two people per room we can only take guests over the age of 16.
No Smoking Policy
We are a non smoking establishment including e cigarettes.
Pets
As we are a working farm, unfortunately we are unable to accept pets.
Changes and Cancellations by you
If cancellation takes place more than seven days prior to scheduled arrival you will lose the deposit you have paid.
If cancellation takes place less than seven days prior to scheduled arrival, or in the event of a no show, 100% of the balance due must be paid unless the accommodation is re-let, in which case you will only lose the deposit you initially paid. We recommend that you have travel insurance to cover you in the event of a cancellation.
Changes and Cancellations by us
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for some reason beyond our control. However we would attempt to offer you an alternative accommodation, if this was not possible or unacceptable to you then we would refund all the monies paid by you to us. Our liability would not extend beyond this.
Parking
We have ample private off road parking. All vehicles are parked entirely at the owner’s risk.
Breakfast
Breakfast is available in the guest lounge at either 8.30, 9.00 or 9.30 am and is cooked to order.
Should you have any special dietary requirements or food allergies please inform us at the point of booking and we will endeavour to accommodate.
Breakages and Damages
We understand that accidents can happen. You are however responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you or a member of your party cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit/debit card, or we may send you an invoice for the repair or making good if the damage is significant. We may make an additional charge if you do not report the damage.
Liability
We do not accept any liability for damage,loss or injury to any member of your party, or vehicle, or possessions whilst on our property unless proven to be caused by negligence by us.
